Code of Conduct

Melbourne Swimming Club's Code of Conduct is aligned with Swimming Australia's Code of Conduct, which can be accessed here. It outlines the expectations and standards that guide how swimmers, parents, and coaches engage with one another.

If you have a concern, your first point of resolution should be to discuss it respectfully with your Lead Coach. If the matter cannot be resolved at that level, please contact Head Office at enquiries@melbournesc.com.au for further review.

Any alleged breaches of the Code will be managed in accordance with the Swimming Australia National Integrity Framework and relevant Swimming Victoria policies and requirements. Breaches may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or termination of membership, in line with those frameworks.
